2023 winter
Public art installation at the Pier-2 art center in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in a 2m x 2m metal container outdoors.
The Pier-2 art center was once an abandoned and forgotten warehouse. The area has been revitalized, making it a place where tourists and locals can come together to enjoy fine art. The large space right next to the pier houses sculpture, wall art, tasteful stores, and cafes. Exhibitions and performances also happen there. It is truly amazing place and it is like a paradise for art lovers.
The artwork is illuminated after the sun goes down. My work is backlit so that the jellyfishes become more translucent and ethereal, revealing more details, so I recommend seeing it at night. I’ve always wanted to create jellyfishes so I’m glad that I had the opportunity to do it!
It will be on display until 2028.

I’m very grateful to have been featured in What Women Create. It was very generous of them to dedicate 26 pages to my work, including the front and back covers, inside front and back cover spreads, and other pages with my works and writings. There are a lot of photos!
It is available at large chain stores like Barnes and Noble, Michael’s, Joann Fabrics, and selected grocery stores such as Whole Foods. I’m so glad that this magazine is available everywhere in the USA, however if you don’t have access to these stores or want to purchase from outside the USA, they can ship overseas also.

I’m excited to be participating in the Collect International Art Fair for Contemporary Craft and Design, London (represented by Micheko Galerie, Munich), 26 Feb-2 Mar 2021.
My work was featured in my favorite magazine, Uppercase, and I was selected for the front and back covers! The magazine is published in Canada, and is distributed in Canada, USA, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia. It’s full of color and the designs are really inspiring. Just looking at the magazine make me feel happy!

I just participated in the 'LOOT: Mad About Jewelry' show at the Museum of Arts and Design in New York, April 8-13 2019.
I was awarded the Fourth Annual LOOT Acquisition Prize and this piece is now part of the museum's permanent collection.
